After the call, if you decide to go ahead, we send you a payment link. The Program (€299.90) gives you all 4 chapters, 1 on 1 calls, housing search, private WhatsApp and the viewing service.

Viewing service

We can attend viewings for you.

You don't need to be in the Netherlands to check a room. We send a trusted person on your behalf. On The Program, all viewings are free, whether we found the listing or you did. We check the room, the landlord, and the contract so you can sign with confidence.

Only if we find your housing: a full month's rent, with a minimum of €600.00 and a maximum of €1,000.00. The total charged is always between €899.90 and €1,299.90. Only collected when we secure your room. If you find housing independently, no success fee is owed.

Hey, we are Milan and Andrei.

We moved from Romania to the Netherlands in 2022 to study. We had no idea what we were doing. Milan moved 5 times in 10 months. Andrei spent his first month in a hotel living on €5 salads. We built this so no student ever has to go through what we did.

2022. We arrived at the University of Groningen as international students. Two strangers who quickly became close friends through a shared terrible first year.

No. Applying is free. You only pay the €299.90 upfront price after we have reviewed your application, spoken on a call, and you have decided to go ahead.

We read through your application and check that we can realistically find housing within your requirements. If it looks like a fit, we email you to schedule a call. If we don't think we can deliver on your requirements right now, we will let you know.

Chapter 1: After Acceptance, what to do the moment you get your offer. Chapter 2: a deeper breakdown of everything coming up. Chapter 3: BSN, Bank Account and Daily Essentials, with registration, phone, bike and utilities covered step by step. Chapter 4: Life, Health and Admin Completion, with social life, finding a GP, troubleshooting and closing out all your admin.

You pay €299.90 upfront. If we find your housing, a success fee applies: a full month's rent, with a minimum of €600.00 and a maximum of €1,000.00. This means the total you will ever pay us is between €899.90 and €1,299.90. The success fee is only charged once we find and secure a room for you. If you find housing independently, no success fee is owed.

The viewing service is exclusively available to students on The Program. We send a trusted person to attend a property viewing on your behalf, so you do not need to be in the Netherlands. For properties we find as part of your housing search, viewings are always free. For properties you found yourself, fees are: €20 (within 10 min of our base), €30 (further), with a +€5 surcharge for less than 24 hours notice.

Yes, and we recommend it. The Dutch housing market fills up 3 to 6 months in advance. Starting early is a major advantage. You can begin with Chapter 1 the moment you receive your acceptance and be fully ready before September.

We currently only work with students moving to Groningen.

Absolutely. We understand this is a family decision and we welcome parents on every call. Many of our students join with their parents and it makes the whole process smoother for everyone.

The Setup is our upcoming Product 2, launching after The Program. It is a dedicated program focused on your finances once you arrive in the Netherlands: DUO student financing, zorgtoeslag, huurtoeslag, part time job search, grants and allowances, and building your first monthly income plan. Students on The Program get priority access when it launches, ahead of the general public.
