Chapter 1: After Acceptance — what to do the moment you get your offer. Chapter 2: a deeper breakdown of everything coming up. Chapter 3: BSN, Bank Account & Daily Essentials — registration, phone, bike and utilities covered step by step. Chapter 4: Life, Health & Admin Completion — social life, finding a GP, troubleshooting and closing out all your admin.

You pay €399.90 upfront. If we find your housing, a success fee applies: half a month's rent, with a minimum of €400.00. This means the total minimum you will ever pay us is €799.90. The success fee is only charged once we find and secure a room for you — if you find housing independently, no success fee is owed.

The viewing service is exclusively available to students on The Program. We send a trusted person to attend a property viewing on your behalf — you do not need to be in the Netherlands. For properties we find as part of your housing search, viewings are always free. For properties you found yourself, fees are: €20 (within 10 min of our base), €30 (further), with a +€5 surcharge for less than 24 hours notice.

Yes, and we recommend it. The Dutch housing market fills up 3 to 6 months in advance. Starting early is a major advantage. You can begin with Chapter 1 the moment you receive your acceptance and be fully ready before September.

We currently only work with students moving to Groningen.

Absolutely. We understand this is a family decision and we welcome parents on every call. Many of our students join with their parents and it makes the whole process smoother for everyone.

The Setup is our upcoming Product 2, launching after The Program. It is a dedicated program focused on your finances once you arrive in the Netherlands: DUO student financing, zorgtoeslag, huurtoeslag, part-time job search, grants and allowances, and building your first monthly income plan. Students on The Program get priority access when it launches — ahead of the general public.
